- Patty opened her first Patty’s Pizza restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1988, followed by three more store openings within the next three years.
- Patty’s Pizza won critical acclaim, with over sixteen feature articles, high praise from tough California restaurant critics and a nomination from the U.S. Small Business Administration in the category of Person of the Year.
- Patty developed a par (partially) baked pizza crust that could be frozen, topped and used in a wide variety of applications such as room service, restaurants, bars and catering.
- A new line of products was developed to meet the needs of her foodservice clients, including Pizza Crusts, Flat Breads, Focaccia Bread, the Wedge, Raw Sheeted Dough, Dough Balls, Custom Designed Pizzas and our Gluten-Free product line.
